- Q: How can I pay for my order?
- A: We accept MasterCard and Visa.
- Q: How can I cancel my order?
- A: We do not accept cancellations for orders that have been processed or shipped.
- Q: What should I do if I experience problems ordering online?

- Q: My credit card has been declined what should I do?
- A: Please contact your bank for clarification of declined transaction.
- Q: Can orders be placed from overseas?
- A: Currently we can only ship within Malaysia.
DELIVERY
- Q: What are the delivery charges?
- A: Please refer to our delivery charges. Delivery charges vary depending on location on
- Q: How long does delivery take?
- A: Delivery should take from 2 - 4 weeks from the date of order.
- Q: How can I check the status of my order?
- A: Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 weeks. If you have not received your orders within these period, you may email us with your order ID and we will revert with within 24hours.
Return/Exchange/Refund
- Q: Return items
- A: You may return products sold by RealMart no more than 7 days of receipt of your order (based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of RealMart.
- Q: Non-returnable items
- A: We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
- Any product that is returned more thanĀ 7 days after receipt.
- Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any free gift product.
- Q: Refund policy
- A: Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
- Q: Exchange policy
- A: All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please return the damaged or wrong products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
- We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.
- In the event that any product or free gift item are out of stock, members will be entitled to a credit refund for a next purchase or an outright refund.
- Q: Refund timeline
- A: We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product. It takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account.
