Introduction

1. RealMart is an online shopping programme (“Programme”) operated under licence in Malaysia and managed by ASCS Sdn Bhd.
2. Registered members of the RealRewards and Kad Mesra Programme (“Members”) are extended the privilege of earning points (“Points”) from Participating Merchants when making purchases of goods and services from Participating Merchants, which qualify for Points under the Programme. Members can then request the redemption of Points for merchandise (“Product”) from RealMart as Fast Track Redemption.

iPurchase and Redemption of Points for Products

1. For full purchase by payment via credit card, Member hereby authorizes ASCS to debit his credit card account to pay the said value of the Product. Order will only be processed upon successful credit card transaction.
2. For Fast Track redemption, when sufficient Points have been accumulated and upon the Member requesting the redemption of Points for a Product, the relevant number of Points will be deducted from the Member’s account. The balance of Points in the Member’s account will continue to be valid and may be used to redeem future Products.
3. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Member or their authorized representatives will be required to sign for deliveries and such acknowledgment shall supersede any claims and/or complaint of non delivery of Product. In the event that ASCS is unable to make delivery of any Product to the Member or their authorized representatives within two attempts, the Member shall have to pay for any subsequent delivery costs incurred by ASCS as ASCS may then inform the Member.
4. The merchandise will be couriered to address within Malaysia only. No deliveries will be made to P.O.Box addresses.
5. Members are advised to examine the Product received. If Product is damaged or defective in any way, Member or their authorized representatives shall endorse particulars of the damage on the delivery order. Product must be returned in good working condition along with the original packaging to ASCS Sdn Bhd, 30 Jalan Sepadu 25/123, Axis Premier Industrial Park, Section 25, 40400, Shah Alam,within 7 days of receipt, failing which any such complain will not be entertained. The necessary cost incidental for the returning of the Product shall be borne by the Member
6. Save as provided on Clause 9, all Products purchased cannot be returned for cash or exchanged for other Product.
7. Any refund will be processed and credited to the respective credit card and whenever applicable, the number of Points redeemed to obtain the Product will be reinstated into the Member’s account. Delivery and other incidental costs will not be reimbursed.
8. No free trial period will be offered for all merchandise featured in the Programme.
9. All purchases and redemptions of points made comes with 10 days money back guarantee. The 10 days money back guaranteed is subject to goods returned in its original condition and packing.
10. Product in RealMart website may vary due to photography printing, presentation of computer screen and other factors. We are committed to providing you with the closest representations as shown in our catalogue, although certain minor differences may occur in terms of color and material.
11. All Products as well as free gifts are subject to availability and to the supplier’s restriction. In the case of free gifts, ASCS and RealRewards reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal or superior value. In the case of cancellation of order, the free gift will be reclaimed.
12. All Products carry the warranty of their manufacturer. ASCS and RealRewards makes no product representatives or warranties, express or implied, and disclaims any and all liabilities, as to the condition, quality, merchantability or fitness for use of products and/or services provided through this Programme. The Programme only arranges for manufacturers or suppliers to make available their products to Members for purchase or redemption.
13. ASCS and RealRewards will not be responsible for any loss or injury suffered by Members and / or third parties in connection with such products. By being a Member, you are expressly waiving any rights or claims of liability against ASCS and/or RealRewards and/or any of its officers or agents for any products or services provided under the Programme. RealRewards’ sole obligation under RealMart and pursuant to these Terms and Conditions is to use its best efforts keep an account of the number of Points earned and/or redeemed by Members, and to administer the Points of the Programme.
14. Member must dealt directly with the supplier for any replacement or repairs of products and/or services. Member may call the hotline number at 03-2773 0800 for details of the respective suppler.
15. ASCS and RealRewards shall not be held liable to the Member for any delay caused by its establishments and/or suppliers and/or Postal Authorities.
16. ASCS and RealRewards reserve the right to refuse the request the redemption of Points for a Product or recall the Product if ASCS and RealRewards have any reason to suspect the Points were fraudulently accumulated by you or wrongly recorded.

General

1. Every effort is made to ensure that information supplied to Members is correct. However, ASCS and RealRewards shall not be liable for any inaccuracy or erroneous description or information on the Programme and these Terms and Conditions.
2. All prices, offers, availability of products, specification and information are correct at the time of print and subject to change without prior notice.
3. ASCS and RealRewards may withdraw this Programme in whole of part, ASCS and RealRewards reserve the right, from time to time, to restrict, suspend or otherwise alter aspects of these Terms and Conditions, with or without notice to the members.
4. Customers of the Programme hereby consent to receive future communications related to the programme.
5. The terms and conditions herein are in addition to the Member Agreement which regulates the provision of credit card facility by the Bank to the Cardmember.
